Whenever he did happen to meet the knight, Lancelot would, after a few moments of staring at one another and saying nothing, be the one to leave him standing there - feeling (guiltily) relieved that the other man had not tried to broach the subject of the other night again.

With a sinking heart, Arthur knew that, had Komosarya - that mare that had loved (and still loved) Lancelot so much - not been so insistent that Arthur come this way, Lancelot would have been meant for the arena.
